We do not disclose or divulge any legal, regulatory, financial or commercial information or data to any third party, unless to the parties connected with the transaction itself or upon a written request from the Client. However, we are proud to disclose the names of our clients and the transactions achieved for marketing purposes and to introduce the Firm's works to other Clients.
Conflict of Interests
We are committed to conduct Conflict of Interests check with our clients whenever we are intending to engage in a legal relationship. We have firm policy regarding the conflict of interests in the works we are providing to our clients. The professional rules which we are adopting prevent us from engaging in work relation with any Client or providing legal service there to if we discovered any conflict of interests with any other Client. We are always keen to conduct our professional duties sincerely and honestly within this regard.

Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners Law Firm L.L.P is a Saudi professional company with limited liability which was incorporated in 2014 under the name of “Abdullah Alsaleh Law Firm”. Stemming from the vision of the partners of the importance of professional aggregation and their high value added, the Firm has been changed to be a professional company to practice its activities in a regular manner and provide services at the highest level of reliability.

We are proud of our existence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which enables us to provide our clients with our services that tackle all their legal aspects guided with our deep knowledge of their fundamental and detailed business requirements. We provide ad hoc services to our clients that easily and accurately satisfy their needs.

Our team has vast and diversified experience in executing and completing different and complicated legal matters. Our experiences developed and intensified by our deep understanding of commercial and economic businesses, our knowledge of the legislations and the local and international practices.

The Firm represents a number of Clients inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including international companies and small and medium size companies. The Firm provides also comprehensive services tackling several legal operations inside and outside the Kingdom.

Mr. Alsaleh is the Managing Partner of Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners Law, and Consultations Company. Mr. Alsaleh has extensive experience starting from 2004 after obtaining law practice license from the Ministry of Justice, in the field of international and local judicial and legal services. Alsaleh provided legal services and regular and legal structuring works to many bodies in both public and private sectors. Mr. Al Saleh holds Bachelor degree in Sharia from Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University, High Diploma in the Legal Systems from the Institute of Public Administration (Functional Master Degree), and holds the Master of Laws (LLM) from the British University of Essex. In addition, Alsaleh conducted arbitration in different sectors as he holds Arbitration License from the Ministry of Justice and them membership of the Saudi Arbitration Centre.

Mr. Alsahli, the Head of Litigation Section at Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners holds license of law practice from the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Lawyers Association. Alsahli represented the clients before all courts and committees of all degrees in the Kingdom. Prior to joining Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners he had been head of litigation in one of the biggest law firms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He held the position of a legal counsil at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and represented the Kingdo in many international forums. Mr. Alsahli provided legal consultations to a wide range of clients, concerning disputes settlement, litgation, commercial matters, corporate, government projects, construction and engineering cases and execution of judgments. Alsahli holds Bachelor of Laws from King Saud University and the Master of Laws in the International Commercial Law from Westminister University, United Kingdom

Rana Almokbel is a partner at Alsaleh, Alsahli & Partners. Rana joined the Firm on 2018. She represented the clients in disputes settlement of all types and has special experience in bankruptcy laws and regulations and all that connected with commercial disputes settlement. Her experience extends also to the shareholders disputes, joint venture disputes, commercial agencies disputes, franchise and companies issues. Rana holds law practice license from the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Lawyers Association. She holds Bachelor of Laws from King Saud University.
